About

Ollie is an energetic, friendly and disciplined personal trainer/ martial arts instructor. He has a wide range of knowledge in body transformation, strength & conditioning and improving overall fitness. Ollie is also an elite level Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor and competes out of Elements Martial Arts. He has helped many people reach their goals. Wether you're a beginner in the gym and want to set your foundations the right way, or an athlete looking to improve your sports performance and everything in between. Ollie is qualified to help you get to where you want to be!

BJJ/ MMA grappling:

​

- £28 per 1hr session

(1- 4 people max)


This session This is an excellent way to learn self defence whilst becoming physically fit in the process. I have been training and competing in grappling sports for years now. It has improved my life in more ways than I can count. These private sessions will introduce you to grappling in a non threatening and fun way. These payment of these sessions can be split and attended by up to 4 people. (these sessions include physical contact)

weight training:

Weight training is an area I have extensive knowledge and experience in. I have helped many people from absolute beginners to professional athletes get to where they want to be. Weather you want to build muscle, improve strength or improve sports performance, these tailor made sessions will get you your goals.

Hybrid Training - £28 per 45 minute session 

In these sessions we will use a veriety of proven training methods e.g. Boxing, interval training and weight circuits to get your heart rate elevated, burn calories and improve fitness in a fun and interesting way

If you are anything like me who, at the age of 49 years,  has been completely put off by gyms and personal trainers  - you just need to meet Oliver.  I had become really concerned with my general lack of fitness as well as the fact that I am carrying a few too many pounds than I am happy with!  I  knew Oliver through a close friend who suggested he might be able to help me.  So I thought – why not give it a try!  Oli’s manner immediately put me at ease.  Unbelievably I actually look forward to my sessions with him!  He does not set unrealistic and off-putting targets he just really helps you focus on the outcomes you want to achieve and just helps you get moving.  After only a few sessions I already feel stronger and fitter.  Oli’s approach is to motivate and to be positive. He is not pushy but he is encouraging, which is a big difference .  Really importantly he has been happy to support me in all ways – his suggestions on diet and nutrition have really helped.  I cannot recommend him highly enough.
